Once a policy is on risk, we need regular updates on how the case is progressing
It is important that we are made aware of certain milestones and any material changes in a case, this can include:
- Any proposed or threatened interlocutory applications
- All court orders
- Settlement offers or offers of mediation
- If the prospects of success fall below 51%
- Any other matter that you and/or we consider material to the specifics of the case
This information enables us to continually review the case.
