Susie has a seasoned background in insurance, spanning over 20 years, and brings extensive expertise to Harbour Underwriting. Early in her career, she specialised in marine insurance, which included conducting ship visits and forging key relationships in the sector.

Having now moved into risk assessment, Susie thrives on the dynamic challenges of dispute insurance, contributing to the evolving world of risk management.

She has recently taken on the role of operations manager, overseeing and optimising Harbour Underwriting’s internal processes to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
