Lawdragon’s article, Insuring David’s fight against Goliath, starts by outlining Rocco’s career path from barrister to solicitor and then as a litigation funder and an underwriter insuring a broad range of disputes around the globe.
It goes on to ask Rocco a series of questions about his career, including how his time in private legal practice has influenced his work as an underwriter and what he has found most fulfilling about his role.
Rocco highlights one particular case involving construction companies blacklisting trade union activists that went to the High Court.
