The MGAA event for brokers is taking place online this year and is a great opportunity for us to discuss how we can work together in 2021
We are taking a ‘virtual room’ at Meet the MGA Market on 2 March 2021 to showcase the After the Event (ATE) and commercial dispute insurance we provide for claimants and defendants in commercial disputes.
Insurance Age expects a “boom time” in the ATE market in the months and years ahead due to the fall out from the pandemic. This will inevitably lead to an increase in insolvencies and commercial litigation and, in turn, the need for ATE insurance.
We are looking to connect with brokers across the UK to discuss how we can work together in this growing market.
We can also discuss how ATE insurance can help top up D&O policies at a time when that market is suffering from massive premium hikes and restrictions on cover.
